Surrounded by its own challenging 9-hole golf course, the hotel is situated in the village of Copthorne, which is nestled between Crawley and East Grinstead. There is a shuttle service to Gatwick Airport from 05:00 to 23:15 (at an additional cost).

Major sporting events are shown on the big screen in the sports bar, including Wimbledon in June.
